  • Talk to the manager about any food or M&M experience you have had. If he likes you, he will generally hire you on the spot. Consider the next few weeks as your trial period. Work hard, be polite and helpful to customers, respect your co-worker's time and efforts, learn the products and how to up sell them and you will be good.
