Decent job culture with a great team to work with, just don't expect to introduce new ideas or changes unless it involves the party planning committee. Management can be extremely set in their ways. You will not be able to re-invent Freemium into something good here, but you will be able to enjoy the decent office space that this questionable practice has paid for.
