This is a great company that offers lots of perks including the bistro, outside space to work, bonus airmiles, etc. Whether you live in Toronto of just outside, it is a really convenient location to get to.

Worked 16 yrs . benefits, job security, advancement opportunity. Started in 1994 and left in 2008. Decided to stop working to raise kids. Would go back to work Loyalty I. A heart beat.

Great place to work, friendly work culture. A lot of perks for employees, and you are not micromanaged. Wish they extended co-op contracts to really help develop much needed skills.

have more social events here

not afraid to try new technologies and also gives the liberty to experiment on new approaches. Loyaltyone is not afraid to try and fail. It is a very good learning experience as well

Over the years watched this company lose their best IT talent, and I mean exceptional rare talent. Good benefits and location of offices but very unskilled IT management that you would expect to find in a government. Close to zero progression in the business. You dont see people moving forward in their careers and the ones that had in my long years of service were the ones that deserve it theleast as they were the biggest slackers in their team.

Not what I expected. Company is digressing and not a place for growth right now. Met some great people in the company but most of them have moved on to bigger and better opportunities.

Management are one of kind, will challenge you to be better, and drive you to develop yourself both professionally and personally.


Great team environment and culture. Cannot recommend enough. One is lucky to work there. It's not always easy but is worth it.

Loved working at Air miles especially the working environment was friendly . Though we had too many inbound but it was fun helping the collectors with questions regarding their Air miles card inquiries and many other inquiries they had.

Good experience but the job requires a lot of physical work on a daily basis. The company regularly hosted events and encouraged employee growth. Lots of room for learning from senior employees and great networking opportunities.

Not a great company as treats employees with great pressure and no benefits, found racism, and politics inside supervisory roles.

The folks at LoyaltyOne are a wonderful group of people - hard working, fun loving and intelligent... and LoyaltyOne makes a lot of effort to promote that atmosphere. It's a fully agile environment equipped with great (and varied) work spaces - desks, coaches, tables, meeting rooms, focus rooms, (privacy) phone rooms and work "booths". As well they have nice corporate amenities like a patio, an auditorium (large group presentation and social gathering space), a yoga space, a massage room and a company-supported "bistro" and coffee shop.

I started working there when it was announced that points would expire. At that time, it was non stop calls from the beginning to the end of the shift. It was mentally draining at times. The number of calls went down after they reversed the decision, and they became more manageable. You start doing basic customer service (general questions,account maintenance, order inquiry) then you move up to travel (airline, car and hotel bookings and travel insurance) then to reservations change (flight changes). There are regular team meetings that keep you informed about what is going on and where you share ideas. Customer service was often annoying when the customer asked you about his order and all you could see is that it is being processed with no more info. Maybe it has changed now. The other depts were more fun and challenging.

I feel the company is going to go out of business. The management team are lost and have no sense of direction. The management team lack liability towards their employees.
