LoyaltyOne has a strong culture of celebration and having fun. We work hard but we play harder. Whether it’s shutting our doors for a day of straight up fun at our annual Fun Day, getting together on Friday mornings for breakfast and a few laughs, or watching each other compete in our annual Halloween costume contest, we believe our people are what make us special – and constantly look for ways to celebrate and have fun together. Our associates are at the core of what makes LoyaltyOne great, so it is important that we offer a competitive and flexible health benefits plan for all our full-time and part-time, permanent associates, starting from their very first day. Our associates can choose the most relevant package that meets their needs, and select one of four options depending on their preferred level of investment in wellness, disability, and pharmaceutical benefits. Our associates also earn a competitive base salary with a bonus plan, as well as flexible benefits and our popular buy-a-vacation option. All our associates also get two “loyalty” personal days each year on top of their standard vacation package.
