A typical day consisted of cleaning whatever was there in the "dish pit" (3 sink method), also going in the basement to grab anything that the kitchen team on the line needed. Learned that if you do your job properly and efficiently you shouldn't have a problem completing tasks with the time given. Hardest part of the job by far was when the outdoor patio was open which doubled the amount of dishes and the amount of work to be done in the kitchen. Co workers were friendly, management was friendly. Most enjoyable part of the job definitely had to be having a team around you which most were on the same page and all aiming for the same goal.
