I have heard horror stories about previous managers and such but my experience with current management has been great. The schedules are usually posted 2 weeks in advance which is great and they are pretty open to day off requests and usually accommodate them. Warehouse is a laid back, fun, yet professional workplace. The hours as a delivery member fluctuate and some weeks we have 30 hours and other weeks we have 50. Like any business, it depends on demand I guess. I appreciate that delivery and warehouse are closed on Sundays so I never have to work Sundays regardless of any overtime situations. It is a very physically demanding job and can be hard on the body at first if you're not used to it. It definitely isn't a job that everyone can do. Benefits are a bonus as I find that many places don't offer company paid benefits anymore. The other delivery members are great to work with, minus one or two that can sometimes get under your skin. But you'll get that anywhere. Overall I like my job and the company and appreciate the opportunity they gave me.

The hours aren't always full time (40+ hours) a week and theres no room for growth or advancement. Extremely family oriented. The best part about the job is they all treat one another like one big family and sincerely care for each customer like they are part of the family.
Points positifs
Good Workers.
Points négatifs
Poor Communication Skills

The hours are long, the work is heavy, the conditions are poor. Management doesn't care about you, or your opinion. You're there to lift and smile, and that's it. There's very little room for growth within the company.

Would get the schedule for the week on the Thursday of that week. (Not the week before. You've already worked 4 days of the week that the schedule is going up for.) It was hard to make weekend plans if you didn't know what weekends you were working. Very poor work/life balance.

Weather conditions are always troublesome when working outdoors, but they don't have any budget for clothing. You are expected to buy your own pants, and coat as none are provided by the company. If your clothes get ruined/torn during work hours, it's up to you to replace them.

Benefits are good though. Company paid benefits, and a decent plan.
Points positifs
Management doesn't really breathe down your neck all that much unless there's a problem, Company paid benefits with a decent plan.
Points négatifs
Extremely long hours, lack of decent pay, no work/life balance.
