Very fast paced, can be stressful, great team that i had to work with got me through the stress. Recommend keeping a goal on the interviews you want to obtain. Have a clear speaking voice when speaking to people on the phone. The environment at the logit group for me was a 2 out of 5. It was very disorganized, and some of the surveys you had to conduct were unnecessarily long.

Typically your day will start 15 minutes before call time to check your project, seat number and workstation. My experience here enhanced my communication skills and customer service through phone interviews and encouraging samples to complete the survey without annoying them. The most enjoyable part of the job, breaktime and funny moments with co-workers. They are amazing!
Same thing no special benefits for salary or others. Overall good for international students. Great work-life balance. High flexibility with fewer salary benefits.
Flexible work schedule
No special benefits
Never know when you will work contract ends no work. Terrible hours terrible pay for what you do. Bunch of young kids running the show, a click. No benefits Stay Away only good as a part time job.
Mangment is very Currropt as there are people that are on the job that should have been let go due to there activites yet are not. This is not a good company to be working for if you want Job security as work is based off company contracts.
Work from home
Long hours, job secrutiy
I worked here for over half a year and it was one of the worst jobs I've ever had. Your job is to call people for surveys and depending on the type of people you're interviewing for the survey, you can get a lot of rude people. Once you get on a survey it's easy but you need to have a lot of perserverence. At first, working here was ok. We got gift cards and positively reinforced. After about a month and a half I started noticing that one of our overseers was very passive aggressive. She would gossip about employees to the assistant manager within earshot of some of them and was critical about job performances. Just a warning: if you have any sort of anxiety, the types of people you are calling will not help. Some of the respondents are kind but most aren't. I've gotten sworn at, mocked and hung up on. And the managers are not empathetic about that at all.
Coworkers were really nice people
Feeling underappreciated or unheard, not a good work-life balance, hardly any chance for advancement
