  • If they didint like the spot give another spot to enjoy the work

  • Have more clerks working at the cash registers at all times , that way if they are short staffed they wouldn't have page for extra help at the cash registers.

  • They should start communicating between the departments a little better so that everyone can be on the same page, and have some sort of system to inform those under management of what has been changed and what specifically they can do different. If there is a constant problem, fix it instead of throwing around the blame. Try and look for solutions rather than creating a new problem and putting stress on workers who don't didn't do anything wrong.

  • Better wages and more hours and less work load on employees

  • Give recognition to anything they have done in the past to excel the business

  • Exknowlege job well done.

  • Find management that genuinely has the slightest inkling of how to promote corporate values

  • Management needs to learn to communicate with one another and learn how to motivate, dslegate and be a team player instead of using their power to come in drunk, go for extra breaks, and fall asleep in the management section upstairs.

  • Treat everyone the same and hold every department to the same standard.

  • Listen to what you're employee's are saying when they tell you something is wrong. All they want to do is work, get paid and go home. Anything that hinders those three things from happening is something they will call out, whether it is a rookie who is not caring about his team, a team struggling with a forty foot trailer that has to be done before first break, or being threatened for dismissal because of a few sick days out of the span of 3 months. Listen you your employees and give one about them.
