Between 4 hour and 5 hour shifts, its never really consistant. Depends on your availability and your position. 8 hour shifts are possible as well. Usually 9:30am to 6 pm or 2pm to 10:30pm.

As a warehouse worker, the first few shifts are fairly easy but do not prepare you for what's to come. The first few shifts you go through some paperwork watch some videos learn how to drive your pallet jack. The real fun begins when you start picking. You may think you are going at a good pace while picking but then you see your pick rate and your at 50% of what they want during your first week. They give you a period to adjust and get to the 95% pick rate but you realize along the way that you are sacrificing your safety and health for some ridiculous number.
