Pay workers a living wage, acknowledge and reward hard work, and give thorough and proper training!!!!!!

The management need to be fair and listen to the concerns of all the staff. Supervisors tend to only listen to managers and ignore the rest of the staff. There is a huge double standard in this Company. The new management need to stop bullying and mentally torturing good employees that have been there for a long time and are liked by most customers. Management need to pay attention to the results of Tell It As It Is survey and not change the results in their favour.

Pay more attention to employee complaints and the culture surrounding part-time, low wage work. Everyone at my store is moderately unhappy with this arrangement, but will continue to work because they need money... it's absolutely criminal that as a company they recieve massive tax breaks and still only pay employees a marginal, hardly livable wage.

Have employees give performance on their managers in a way that they can't be treated badly for. Have HR actually assist employees. The Tell It As It Is program is fine and dandy but management re-words it to their advantage so it looks like the results are not about their bad management and just the employees lack of satisfaction with the work. No, it's some of the management team that is bad. I hope Loblaw sees this. Consistently bad TIAII results mean something is wrong. Pay attention. Thanks

No cart pushing under unpredictable weather like intense heat or intense cold. Get more people on manual cart pushing cause one person doing cart pushing is clearly NOT enough to keep up with the carts consistently getting backed up.

No more 8 hour shifts and more consistent hours and be given holidays and weekends off

Stand beside them and don’t treat us as expendables - we have families and bills to pay u can’t just say something and then go and brake it with ur other word. If someone makes a mistake help him first to understand don’t punish right away. We are a team - u are not a boss of no one u just handleing different paper work.

Store manager is very ignorant to the other department managers . Doesn't give any credit for the job they do, all the department managers work very hard and are good to work for . So if you are treated well and thanked for the work you do you just want to work that much harder because you are appreciated. and
