Start from the top and create a culture of openness where concerns are heard and taken into consideration. Value your employees, no wonder there is such a high Turnover rate

The volunteers pick up the slack that the current employees can no longer manage because we are understaffed and underpaid. They are used to the benefit of the managers and are discarded when they are no longer needed. Do not expect a thank you or letter of recommendation after you volunteer here.
The clinic opens at 9am and closes around 5pm. Sometimes closes later and opens earlier depending on if there were any patients coming in to see the research team early in the morning or the doctors had meetings after clinic or tasks needed to be finished before the end of the day
