Minimal Room for Growth

Working hours are good so it’s a solid work life balance 7-4 or 7-330 almost every day. Good place to start your telecom career

Honestly not a bad company to start with. There is no wage structure so everybody makes a different rate. Benefits are ok at best. RRSP are ok as well. Some newer equipment and some tired equipment like most companies. Management can be difficult cause there is no communications between the worker or the management.
