Not sure if this was specific to only the London location?
The owners have always created a family environment. At our London location between April 2019 - Feb 2020 unfortunately we had a terrible manager who treated both staff and customers unprofessionally and inappropriately.
The company was able correct the problem he created and once more it’s safe for both staff and customers again. The owners were able to protect the staff and that speaks volumes to their morals. Highly recommend Linen Chest.
Business casual. Except for the manager and his friends. His male friends would dress down wearing golf shirts, jeans, and running shoes. His female friends would wear the same outfit every day that consisted of inappropriate tops and spandex type pants. They always looked like they rolled out of bed after the got home from the bar.

Don’t be unprofessional and
inappropriate with staff.
Make better hiring decisions.
Hiring friends creates a conflict of interests.
Give the employees
who actually have a passion for the company
some positive feedback.
When I worked there part time during university, I received between 10-25 hours depending on the week and if I booked time off to study for exams.
