This is a good company with great potential that unfortunately is being run into the ground with terrible management. They make horrible decisions and then when they are called on them they blame the employees.
They hate employees that speak there mind or have an opinion.
Turnover rate is HUGE - out of the 60 people that were there when i started - plus...
