Take care of your employees, you just need a good trainer & educate your staff in a daily basis.
I feel it will not last, based on the negative exchanges from the staff. Based on my experience, this company won’t see past the new year and it’s because they cannot be considered professionals nor would they be able to provide enough to compensate for any loss, harassment, or any workload because they don’t care for the success of their fellow staff or potential candidates. Not only were they rude but they were aggressive and demanded I leave the building. I can’t see a company making it far if they can’t treat others how they want to be treated or compensate for the stress, anxiety and oppressive actions they participate in giving people. I hope it goes well but I wouldn’t apply here if you’re looking for a comfortable and manageable job/career for yourself.
I applied on indeed, I was called for an interview the following day. After the interview I was called the day of and hired as loan processor.
It takes nothing to get hired other than working from 1pm-9pm. (terrible)
I already left ,low salary for person with experience, small office space,personal Hygiene issues etc.
