Unfortunately, the majority of "feedback" is known to be expressed through management's reprimands, relocation, and department shaming of employees. Few employees survive more than one year.
Toxic, racially discriminatory and there is bullying of new hires and those in inferior positions. LAO is out of date with their adherence to the human rights code.
Given my experience, education, expertise and value to the company, I did not get paid enough and can get more money elsewhere.
