as an apprentice pipefitter , i had several on the job training and work with to a number of good and experienxed journeyman who help me achieve such skill and competency in terms of tools and machines. The daily task that was given by the supervision makes the job more fun and exciting as to new challenge will be ahead and needing a better outcome.

Good if they have work, you can be laid off for six months+ And they don’t really care about their people. If you can get past the fear culture it’s all good.

for the most part well organized, good safety culture, not bad benefits and rrsps. hr and office staff were generally always on the ball. would definately go back for a fly i fly out position.

We did a lot of hydro testing and I learned a lot more about pnid's and how to understand them better to help me complete my tasks. Management was very good to us, gave us gift cards and pizza all the time. Culture was good as well as morale.

I started and finished my apprenticeship with this company. Promoted to leadhand and foreman in the same year. This company has always been good to me when I worked with them.

management is out of touch with the workers
was able to work there for a while,and liked that it was close to home. they did have some good incentives like free gas cards and other things. one negative thing i would say is they made an error when updating my blue book and shorted me alot of hours which i had to take it to someone else to correct
productive and fun workplace with nice camp and food,provide safety incentives,give travel allowances,approachable foreman and supervisors,excellence in safety.
