They don’t have much fashion sense, the styles are seasons behind and knock-offs, so you can honestly wear anything. A lot of management is older and own Le Chateau pieces from years ago so you can honestly wear outfits from 2013. As long as it’s up to typical interview standards, and even then they made me hire people just simply to fill 2 hour shifts weekly....so go if you must but I do not recommend. They just care about selling over anything, not fashion and they’re far from being sustainable/environmentally friendly when it comes to fashion. They also make you purchase their pieces which are still very expensive with the 50% discount, so be ready to spend at least $100-200 once hired because they will audit you, write you up, LP lectures/questions you, and you will constantly hear it from management if you do not wear exactly Le Chateau. But their clothes are also very low quality and rip, fit awkwardly and lack strength in material. They target employees and treat you very low. Your interview will probably not be well planned out, and you’ll have to create a basic outfit from anything in the store. Seems fun but it’s because they just really need people.

You can literally wear anything as long as it’s Le Chateau. Like extremely low-cut tops, booty shorts, heels and a fancy prom dress/formal gown, but no jeans and random pieces during most times of year, only dress pants at some....which actually says more bad than good about the company. There’s no sense of seasonal style, appropriate branding or professionalism necessary if it’s Le Chateau and it often looks messy.
Terrible and insecure. Gossip lives and breathes here. Disrespectful customers and management. Anyone below management will be treated poorly
In the interview, the interviewer wants to hear about your experience and your potential. Teamwork and strong Selling skills is what they look for.
