I wore a suit and others were quite casual. It's a group interview, best to dress sharp to make a good first impression.
Business casual. Blue shirt and black work shoes.
Shirts are provided for you after your first days work unless they have extra shirts available.
If you are starting out destuffing container's wear quick dry shorts and shirts in the summer. It will be hot and you will be lifting cases all day. Try to wear something comfortable and breathable. No muscle tank tops or hoodies. In the winter wear workout pants over shorts and t- shirt wirh sweater. Layering clothes will be beneficial because you never know if it will be hot or too cold.
Clerks just casual attire. Nothing fancy because you will get something on it. Whether ink, or dirt or alcohol or tears. I usually wear jeans and t-shirt with a sweater. Ladies can also wear shorts but no booty shorts. Also tank tops have to be respectable.
Nothing offensive on clothes.
Work boots are a must.
Not sure when but possible 3 years into seasonal status you get 150 or 175 to pay for them. Get Royer boots. They are more money but worth every penny.
