I served I've cream and sold the chocolates in the front of the store. I also wrapped chocolates for the different holidays.
The managers were very grouchy and never in a good mood so I just did my job and was happy towards everyone..
It was definitely not what I was looking for.

Disorganized and deceptive Management

Always staffed at less than bare minimum. Company does not adhere to labour laws. Staff are expected to work without breaks, not even a washroom break, until 5+ hours into shifts. Frequently working a complete 5.5 hour shift without a single break. Company uses its camera systems to watch employees, not for loss prevention. Management considers its employees as warm bodies, and not as employees.

My favourite job
Customer Service Rep (Ancien employé) –  Sarnia, ON21 août 2013
This was the longest and best job I worked. I learned much about the workplace, as this was also my first management role at the age of 17. I worked here for nearly four years, and watched the company grow and change many times. Management was thorough in their explanations and their task dispense, they made sure we always understood what was going on. I learned to deal with these changes comfortably, and accept and work with them. My co workers were fabulous, and wonderful people. I made many friends from this job and still see them often to this day. There wasn't really anything hard about the job that I can remember, I enjoyed 100% of my work. Even the cleaning.

Positive and energetic work environment. As a keyholder my responsibilities include opening/closing procedures. Learning procedures for ordering products. Maintaining a clean store and creative merchandising is productive and exciting. We are a team of customer focused individuals and are each considerate to provide a happy, safe, no negativity atmosphere for each other. We take on a hands on attitude when it comes to job sharing. I love to interact with the customer and am very passionate in sales. Determining their needs and seeing them leave with a quality product and a smile assures me of repeat sales and new customers through word of mouth comments about the sales relationship I develop with each customerl. It's a win win situation!
