Had the ability to work around my other job. Met a lot of good people in the supplier industry.
learned alot about costing, the ability to make long term relationships with suppliers which is cost effective. have a great deal of respect for restaurant employees because they work in areal hard industry.

Poor management
Terrible management at Landmark. They all get paid to sit around and complain about the people who actually DO work around the hotel. It's sad to see how employees are treated in comparison to the management.

Productive and easy learning
My employer and trainer were excellent and very friendly right from the beginning. I was welcomed and taught everything in a precise manner. I enjoyed my time at the Landmark Inn as a chambermaid. Had I not broken my knuckle I would have continued my employment at the Landmark Inn

Not A Productive Environment
Managements personal preferences for certain employees make it difficult for everyone else.After the business was sold 4yrs ago they started getting rid of people they didn't like.I was one of them.
