Quels conseils donneriez-vous à la Direction de Lakeridge Health pour améliorer l'entreprise?

1. If you hire a manager, director, etc.. at 100k+ there is no need for an assistant. They should be held accountable and expected to co-ordinate meetings / draft their own messages. If they are unable to do this, then they should not in that role. Every year it seems there are more management positions and less beds / front line staff. If you want to reduce hallway medicine, stop throwing money into the proverbial hopper.

Get rid of your middle management crew that are there without the right training
quit promoting people based on the modification and follow the same procedure for everyone

too many nurses without their degrees in clinical leadership

jobs that don't have qualification to do the job

too many modified nurses get bumped into positions they have no training for because they have job restrictions!!! no skills to deal with people but get management jobs because they are injured and can't return to nursing
