RN schedule is horrible. DDNN 12 hour is fine but it's rotation has you working shifts on 6 out of 9 weekends at straight time. Your weekends start after nights in Saturday morning.

1. If you hire a manager, director, etc.. at 100k+ there is no need for an assistant. They should be held accountable and expected to co-ordinate meetings / draft their own messages. If they are unable to do this, then they should not in that role. Every year it seems there are more management positions and less beds / front line staff. If you want to reduce hallway medicine, stop throwing money into the proverbial hopper.
3 weeks at last check, but you must accrue them via hours worked. This is augmented by your years of service. The longer you are employed, the faster vacation accrues.
