Toxic culture and no merit-based advancement
The work is simple, but work-culture induced stress pushed errors; an overabundance of employees for short time periods of incredibly high volume, high stress work. This is followed by literally nothing for weeks. Poor communication between management and lab personnel and HR is an absolute wreck. No merit-based advancement and scheduler employs bias in assignment of work; if you have any unpaid hours banked, don't expect to be scheduled tasks and look forward to sitting in a lab and doing nothing for 7.5 hours. Also two week rotating shifts. This theoretically let's you plan having a life, but scheduler has been known to switch individuals from one shift to the other without consulting.
tl;dr Ok as a stepping stone, would not recommend.
