Remove the union , take feedback from employees seriously, maintain the equipment and the facility.
For starters, I know more about brewing beer than everyone at that facility, so I would fix the beer. I would listen to experienced workers rather than assume I know more than them. Also, I would treat workers like they're human beings.
Put health back in health and safety.
Take care of employees. They have lives.
Try to adapt modern management styles to a workforce that has performed the same job for many years.
