Being self-employed is a very big challenge but I discovered that I had much more skills than I thought. It is a time consuming job that involves many different aspects such as leading a team, learn to recruit appropriate people, find good deal with different suppliers and dealing with demanding and difficult customers. Being tired or unavailable is not an option!
