To prepare for an interview, just know your availabilities, get comfortable with their clothing line, and be social and friendly.

Be very open and personal though also show them you have a back bone

Dress appropriately. They have an all-black policy so try to adhere to that for an interview. Be prepared to answer questions about customer service and understand that "the customer comes first". Be honest.
