We were over worked and under paid, we would work 8-12 hour days, I worked for group and tour and we could not leave until everyone was done inputting their information.

This company was not a pleasant third party experience. La Quinta (Client) secretly pulled the contract and Thing 5 waited until the very last legal day to inform us. Highly do not recommend.

Management is great, & co-workers are amazing!

A typical day of work would be checking guests in and out of their rooms, taking payments, and giving guests directions to places where they can dine. The only downside of this job is some guests are extremely difficult to deal with, and aren't happy with anything, even if you bend over backwards for them, but those types of people can be found anywhere when working in customer service.

The most enjoyable part of working here is definitely the people you work with. It's like a family here, and they make even the hardest part of the job enjoyable.

10/10 would recommend working here

This place should be shut down. Dead end job and dedicated staff work so hard and are so under paid and under appreciated for the terrible stuff they deal with and time and effort that go into each shift. Terrible management who are cheap and only care about money. Not willing to listen to staff and concerns. Staff exposed to very unpleasant people, bums, drugs, needles, crime, and MORE with no safety training or procedures, proper cleaning materials, equipment or security staff

Thing 5 is a third party company that had a contract with La Quinta Inn and Suite which is from the US. Main office Dallas Texas. And they lost contract with La Quinta end of april 2015.
Was booking, cancelling hotel rooms and more.

great company but the call center sucked
