Sound management, motivating commission structure, and a great place to meet interesting people. Hours can get hectic during the holidays but the volume of work makes up for it.

It was difficult to compete with sales but amazing people to work with, definitely have the passion to promote their job very well. Though i’m not sure i if the company is the greatest at protecting their associates.

The management guys were never friendly, very bureaucratic and authoritative style of management. Poorly paid job with long working hours and crazy supervision style.

Productive and great place to work

Job requires proper time management in order to get the job done in a timely matter. I learned how to properly install fixtures for make up. The workplace culture was very enjoyable. At first it was over whelming and long hours but once I understood the work it went well. The hardest part was installing shelves in walls that we not properly installed. Most enjoyable part was the staff I worked with and the flexibility of the job.

Productivity during work hours

On a typical day, I merchandised the products and helped the customers with any questions that they had. There was barely any time wasted because the workplace was usually very busy and everywhere needed someone to merchandise. The most enjoyable part of this job was to learn about how customer service works and what the were customers looking for. The hardest part of the job was to find a sold out product from the warehouse. Management team controlled everything and there was nothing that was unorganized under their supervision. They tried their best to make the environment of the workplace organized through controlling most of the employees.
