Great place to work

Uneven workload
Two things regarding this company; one, there is an uneven work load among the team I happened to be working on and two, my team mainly spoke French. During team work sessions they preferred to speak in their native tongue. Marketing (Toronto, ON)

performative activism for covid and diversity, toxic work environment.
Upper management was performative regarding covid protocols and diversity, only caring if it looked good for customers (ie: made money). If staff spoke up, they would be reprimanded. Salary for retail staff was not a living wage. Sales floor was a toxic environment. Sales Associate (Toronto, ON)

Tough Management
