réalisation de bon de travail.J'ai appris bcp de chose au fil de mes 20 ans chez Kruger.les choix de la direction au niveau de la maintenance sont parfois douteux.l'horaire de faction est dépassé et doit être revu.le salaire n'est pas à niveau avec l'inflation et avec l'industrie.Quand même une bonne place où travaillé, ambiance de travail agréable.

I don’t know why this company continues to win awards. It embodies a superficial culture with a flashy office. Majority of the employees are in their 20s, holding higher positions, are immature and are clueless about the job. Everyone loves to gossip. If you’re new and if the core group decides they don’t like you, everyone will do everything to make your life a nightmare including setting unrealistic expectations. If you fail they’ll threaten to dismiss you, you live in anxiety The systems are archaic, it takes weeks to close a month. Awful, awful company & people

Lack of communication and leadership

This factory has a 40% turnover rate due to lack of leadership and communication. Upper management is rarely present on the production floor unless there is an audit or injury. Lack of support to resolve ongoing issues or barriers are ignored. Employees may get 2 weeks of ghost/shadow training then are " qualified" and often struggle become frustrated and quit

Le salaire (33,39$/h en 2023) pour un poste d'Opérateur en Transformation et les avantages sociaux sont intéressants. Je régime de retraite où l'employeur double votre cotisation jusqu'à 4% chacun pour un total de 8% de votre salaire annuel. Les tâches sont diversifiées et c'est un travail stimulant mentalement parce qu'on ne cesse jamais d'apprendre. Les rotations de quarts de12h (7:30 à 19h30 et inversement) sont moins pratiques pour concilier travail -famille. Les rotations sont constantes mais il y a exactement le même nombre de congés que de jours travaillés. J'aurais préféré des quarts de 8h. Les gens qui ont un poste temps plein permanent ont un horaire connu à l'avance pour l'année complète. On y travaille en équipe semi-autonome de 5 personnes. Les employés sont super et l'ambiance de travail y est agréable. Les cadres sont toujours disponibles pour discuter et font preuve d'écoute. Ce n'est pas un travail trop difficile physiquement même pour les femmes.

They offer decent pay for the area, depending on the one you work on. Each line has different wages. Management is the biggest issue at this plant. Very unorganized, no t involved enough, puts all the weight on a it’s employees, even if it’s managements fault. They aren’t clear on things, like holidays, everyone has different standards. if your liked enough you can get away with things. They preach safety, but the place isn’t as safe as they preach. Really no incentive to go above and beyond. Forget OT on shifts. You have to work 90 hours before any over time.

The most laziest and unorganized management team I have ever witnessed in my life, there is more "supervisors" than workers on most shifts, whine about case counts while sitting upstairs all shift instead of putting in the time needed on the floor and supporting what few experienced staff they have left. And the warehouse side forget about it there zero management and horribly ran as well.

Good paycheck but the job will drain you

The job on converting lines is very complex. There are about 30 computer programs you need to use. The machines are brand new and already everything is breaking down. The workload is IMMENSE for the employees, and they will be looking to cut down on employees still. They always try to get more from you. They have these quarterly meetings where it was supposed to be an open discussion between employees and employer but so far the first meeting was just that and the other ones were pretty much a speech from the employer because the first one had too many complaints from employees for various aspects of their jobs. We asked for better benefits but so far the only thing they gave us was more holidays paid double time, but they've been shutting down production on all of them. They gave us a very good pay raise however. The only good things you will get from Kruger Sherbrooke is a good paycheck (starts at 29$ an hour for lift truck operators), possibility to grow in the company (lots of employee turnovers) and if you're lucky you'll avoid a burnout.

La direction se fout du bien être des employés. Chakeur escessve dans l usine durant l été et ils ont interdit le port de bermudas et ont éliminés les pauses thermiques. Il y a des coups de chaleur à chaque été.

My supervisor in maintenance giving hard time and sometimes had no respect for you. For example for 3 to 4 month at the beginning of my job at Kruger, almost 2 or 3 times a week he would raise his voice and creating an uncomfortable working environment for not important issues which would have been easily solved just by talking and being a little patient. However in production environment things were much better. The production supervisor s were all very respectful and friendly and the superintendent of the plant was very easy going individual and fun guy to work with.

This review is for the branch in Scarborough. I started as a machine operator in training. Well , people who have been working for 12 years or more are making the same money as you( you just started), some of them are rude and unfriendly and try to report you to management to get rid of you. even i left after a month and half but i found people are in debt and afraid of change so they stick around and take the abuse.imagine you just started and you are making the same money as the one who has been 20years with the company

This is easy money. Not great level of skill required. Nice place to putter around and retire. Just a big old toilet paper factory is all. You can sky train right there. Slack job for good pay and benefits.

Since my last review was too "honest" to be posted, I will make this short. By FAR the worst place to work in Trenton. Employees are expendable. Machinery is run-down. Management is laughable. If you know the right people you will basically get away with whatever you want. I would never recommend it as a long term job, learn about the processes and take your knowledge elsewhere.

They are a great group of people to work with regardless of their position!From the CEO, right down to the cleaners, everyone was acknowledged and recognized. There were luncheon events scheduled on a fairly regular basis and all of the staff were friendly. All in all, for me, a great place to work!
