Get rid of the GM in Edmonton and buy out the owner

Listen to staff, ask questions instead of only ever giving negative feed back. Stop talking behind employees backs to other employees. Stop trying to turn Calgary in to Edmonton they are different worlds and should be treated as so. Care about your staff more, stop expecting everyone to work everyday and every holiday. Happy employees make happy customers who make happy shareholders. Learn some business etiquette and maybe take a management training course or two, stop hiring 20 year olds to be The “boss” let Calgary run their own store and let Edmonton run there’s. They had a great team they forced out the door and are suffering because of it.

Revert to old policies that keep employees and customers happy. Listen to input and act team atmosphere. Being honest with customers
