Our truckload fleet consists of 300+ power units composed of company and owner-operator units, and over 1200 trailers. Our core specialty is centred on our specialized Transborder Service, perfectly positioned to serve your Canadian/U.S. freight distribution opportunities, and our Kriska Corridor asset-based truckload service, operating between Ontario and Quebec.

Nice people, lack of communication
The office staff for the most part are supportive and understanding, but the growth of the company over all has hurt the culture. You don't feel valued and there is no communication when it comes to work load. Hiring drivers to fill empty trucks when there isn't enough work for the drivers they have.

would be a awesome company if the paid more
Kriska would be a great company to work for if they paid more and had a more stable working environment. It’s very up and down throughout the year which makes if hard to make a liveable wage . Especially as a local driver when you’re told no work and you lose a days pay because of there not being any work . As far as management and dispatch I haven’t had any real issues as long as you go in ...

Great for new hires, but move on for more money.
They are very safety focused and have new equipment that is well taken care of. They will run you to max out your 70 hours, but lots of short runs and wasted time waiting for loads, or answers from dispatch/management. The pay scale is pretty bad when compared to other companies that are paying 60+cpm for experienced drivers.

Very lowe
You don't make money here. End of day you become home less. Cozz very low pay. As a truk driver you should get good pay and don't forget you are Skillful
