Foutaises !! Rien ne s'applique.

Stress, intimidation, ragots, etc.
I was hired to work at this company for the global mobility team and let me just say it was the worst experience I have ever had. Having worked in the legal industry for over 5 years, this specific team had the most toxic environment wherein the managers were rude and condescending. There was no teamwork as the managers always had the final word and to make matters worse, they always made you feel incompetent. This behaviour is tolerated by upper management as other people have complained about these managers. The benefits are great but the salary was not enough for the amount of stress and sleepless nights I had to endure. Job security is non-existent in this place as there is no training plan in place and you were expected by your manager to find work for yourself during your first few months at the job. If you didnt find work or you weren't doing anything at no fault of your own because your manager failed to give you work, you were questionned as to why you should get paid your hours even when you weren't billing per hour for the work done for the department. You are always walking on eggshells as you dont know if and when any of your managers are having a bad day and just want to snap at you for no reason. There is also no organization in this team. They also wont pay for any licensing fees like RCIC, paralegal, and anything associated with those. To anyone who joins this team, stay as far away as possible!
Work from home, benefits were great
Managers were rude and condescending and this was tolerated by upper management
I worked here for one year and not a day longer. The senior leaders at this company are more interested in their self-serving desires than actually being leaders for the company. The culture is dog-eat-dog and they treat their employees terribly. I’ve worked for their competitor as well and honestly, the whole industry is really shady. If you decide to work here, take it for what it is, get some experience and get out. The more senior you get the more you’ll be exposed to the lack of integrity and morally corrupt values.
Good salary, decent benefits
Terrible leadership, self serving people, they think they’re smarter than they are
Very competitive, stressful and pressure driven environment where employees put in long hours and are expected to put work before anything else. No work life balance at all.
Long Hours, Non- supportive management

- Great flexibility in terms of work arrangement - Good people to work with (very collaborative) - A lot of programs for work life balance and overall health (mental and physical) of employees - Salary is on the lower end compared to market.
Highly competitive workplace that takes care of their employees, but pushes them very hard. Excellent benefits with a focus on mental health and well being. Sometimes a bit of "feast or famine" with your work hours, but time off is available (and encouraged) in between engagements. Mandatory time off during the holiday season.
KPMG is a big organization and you are responsible for your own career development.
Good salary, benefits, company events
Long hours during busy season
I work in the IT field. KPMG has been a good place to work overall. There are a lot of opportunities at the company. The management is good. Deadlines are tight and stress can be high at times. Salary is average.Entire compensation package is good. I have enjoyed my stay at the company.
KPMG has great work life balance. Their new corporate role structure helps assign roles to the right people for the job. It also helps take the role that suits your career , personality and future plan. There is lots of room to grow within the organization. It is one of the best big 4 in terms of work life balance and culture. Benefits kick in from the first day itself. The Partners and Managers are very approachable and respectful. They give you the leverage to grow as well.
Benefits from day 1, good work life balance
Haven't found anything yet
benefits and other basics are typical for a large company some excellent individuals can be found at all offices overall low-level of trust between people at different levels of the hierarchy
I loved my time with KPMG. The US firm provided me with everything I needed to perform well in my position. Helpful coworkers, supportive management teams, and benefits to feel appreciated. I would still be in the position if not for moving after getting married.
Support, great benefits, fantastic work life balance
Highly structured change management made projects overly complex
Overall, the culture at KPMG is top notch. The people who work there are incredibly smart and everyone supports each other. Great place for one to start their career.
Career guidance, culture, people, recognition, benefits
Slow promotion cycles, base salary lower than others, work variety
The people here are what make this place so great!. KPMG offers an excellent work environment, training, and experience. Lots of social events, excellent benefits and management respects staff.
