Very fast paced environment with ample opportunities for growth within the organization. A day typically involves working on juggling multiple audit clients concurrently together, while working with many different team members. The firm does offer a great level of flexibility in working and also unlike other big 4 firms have office hotelling at the managerial ranks too. The hardest part of the job is the manner in which jobs are scheduled and attrition within the firm often plagues the entire allocation with a very high level of stress during the peak seasons.
You get a prestigious name on your resume, you gain a lot of knowledge, and you can get promoted every 2 years if you're good (for the first 6 years or so anyway). The downsides are that the hours are terrible, the pay is really low for how hard you work, and your bosses don't really care about your wellbeing, they just care about how much money you're making them.
Career growth, professional development
Long hours, low pay
KPMG was an amazing Company. The Company offers a lot of hours in training to prepare you for the job and offers you a career ascension as well. I have learned a lot of thing in accountancy, i have been prepared to solve problems, to negotiate with customers about price, time, quality and so on.I really enjoy to work in different customer (financial institution, insurance company, factories) and in different places, it means: There is no routine. One negative point that I saw, It is very hard to conciliate your private life with the job.
Dynanism and positive environment
Inadequate number of professional to work with
