The management is terrible from the ground up. Branch manager has done more to loose customers & technicians by avoiding them, with a general lack of concern for planning or securing work. Branch has seen 100% turnover several times throughout a 6 year span. Regional management turns a blind eye to the inept & troublesome behaviour at the branch level. Safety in Canadian region is more concerned with US driving & vehicle GPS directives, than employees safety. No management ventures out to the field to perform their due diligence safety observations. No vacation (paid out on every cheque construction style), banked time, no advanced planning or notice of lack of work, in short, life on hold. Sending technicians out with improper training or qualifications. In short management would rather fire a technician rather than deal with their concerns or issues.
