The managers left you to do your own work this can be good or bad depending on your preference. Pay was fair, you make as much as you sell, always pushing for more sales.The people you work with vary some can be competitive while others are more collaborative.A few months in most people become sick of the job and quit.
out of touch management
Absolute lack of communication between managers and supervisors to employees and their own head office. Supervisor basically does the minimum required and does whatever he feels like. Assuming employees quit for no reason and firing them. Supervisor has no coaching and leadership skills at all. Complete miscommunication between supervisor to management and head office

Easy work relaxing just communicate with people and tried to increase the sale for the company's products.
I love working because its a commission job and its up to you how much you want to make. Management was good and helping. Its has both working in team as working alone so you can learn so much as individually and in group also.

I made a lot of money when I was working there. During the summer, I was doing events across Quebec and it wasn't so bad. Although your social life may take a hit, you get the discover the country while making money and new friends. Pressure from the management team is constant

There is no management between sales and head office. I saw some of the co-workers tell a lie when they sell credit card, they do not say this is a credit card; instead, they say it is a gift card and ask people to fill the application forms. And the sales managers know it but did not say anything. The sales manager does not have an office. The place that we sell credit cards needed an approval letter from the company. My manager does not have that letter; instead, he asks me to go to his friend's gas station to sell.......
The work started in afternoon and the customers visited store mostly evenings so first two hours were lazy as no customers. Learned to get more sales in evening after customers visit from there work ending time. There was no hardest part of the job only the management insisted to work even after hours to get extra sales. The timings were long but i used to get extra sales so that was enjoyable part.

If you feel that you like to talk to people and like to work in field of sales, this company can be a golden chance for you. Everyday you learn and grow with the leaders and managers of the company. And the best part is that the upper management also started as a normal sales representative. So according to me, i would rate KOGNITIVE MARKETING as 5 ⭐️
I've been working in this company from last few months, but I've got really good experience as being an employee of this company. Management of Kognitive is way better, professional. It's been a great opportunity to get good amount of income regards with output. I really recommend others to join Kognitive if you're looking for an opportunity in field of sales and if you're passionate about sales.

The management of Windsor is the worst I've ever seen. I don't know how they appoint or promote managers. If you are scheduled from 9-5 after 2 days, you'll recognize your shift timings have been changed to 8-6 and sometimes they change the location without letting the Field Marketing Representative know. The managers give the most unethical ways to sell the cards like he'll say don't tell it's the credit card, say it's the points card instead and when you're on the peak of selling the cards, the manager will call you King/Queen depending on your gender and when you're all fed up with this unethical work and about to resign, the manager will say I'll terminate you instead without any reason. This all happened with one of my friends. Customers misbehave with the lady employees as well and the management never reacted. This firm should be sued or at least the case should be filed against the Windsor region manager.
Clear mismanagement and scheduling of shifts, terrible placement of locations. Always trying to take away your pay and scam you out of it. They teach you to lie to customers about credit cards
I worked her for over 5 years. At first I liked it a lot. They left me alone and paid me well. But over the years the management and culture changed. They only cared about numbers and not about people. Funny how their tagline is “investing in people and changing lives” Not once would they even consider how I was feeling, burned out. By the way, all these positive reviews are from present employees. I wouldn’t put too much stock in that.
