I worked over there for a very less amount of time. All over it was an okay experience for me, job culture is not so good and management is not so helpful.

I guess it’s best place to work even when you are a fresher.

I worked on Primus so my review is only for their Primus program. I'll start with the positives.
1) The virtual team is supportive.

2) The base pay+commission structure.


Now everything that's wrong with this job.

1) Poor product. The rates are in no way competitive. Worst customer service.

2) They don't hire you, they sign you as a private contractor so no benefits whatsoever.
3) No job security. You would not survive more than 2 months as full time.

4) No advancement opportunities.

5) Worst working conditions. Standing all day even in your break time you can not find a place to sit down as they do not give a stool with the kiosk.

6) Management doesn't care about you since you are not an employee. They will only communicate when they need something i.e overtime or filing in for someone else. If you need something they would never reply.

7) When you sign up, you will be promised 40 hours per week but you would never get near that number. You might get 35ish hours for the first week but after that it'll be below 30 per week.

8) this is not a proper job. Its a good short term fix for students but if you are looking for a full time job you should probably look elsewhere.


How they operate is that they have their employees that are called team lead among the team, all other people are on contracts and are easily and quickly replaced. They have very unrealistic targets and when you do not hit your goals they stop giving you shifts. Their are team members who do exceptional good work and always exceed their targets but these are very few and the location where you work

Amazing place to work, the hours was very flexible and they gave competitive pay .Hard-work is rewarded and recognized .Management is very supportive and always willing to help in any area you need support. A great environment I must say and I will totally recommend .

Working at KnewSales was a blast, it was really flexible. I worked as many hours as I wanted and whenever I wanted. I had a minimum amount of hours I still had to complete.

wasn't a bad job for people who are good in sales. lot of stress and also if you don't sale you don't make any money. had to travel to managers house to give a report of how many sales I did every week.

Pay was ok hours were not flexible

Enjoyed the coworkers there, everyone was enthusiastic and sociable


Lots of rejections which you get used to very quickly, at the same time days can be very rewarding


You are paid a base rate which is quite good compared to what some entry level jobs pay

Best job ever. Flexible working hours with good pay. Commissions are not that great but fixed base pay would compensate it. Managers are open to help and highly motivative, available to help you at all time. If you wanna start a career as sales representative, I highly recommended you to start your career here.

I would recommend this job to anyone who’s good with people , it’s a people job. You are responsible for making sales and if you are good with people that shouldn’t be a problem.

Pay for performance , you can earn good money but there is always a sense of insecurity with this envoirment. ifs a good summer job or people looking for part time work , however its hard to make a career out of this

Knewsales is a great company to start your career and build your skill set. If your interested in sales and marketing this company will provide many platforms for you to develop your experience. They deal with a broad range of clients and programs which helps diversify you. It is a Boutique style agency so growth opportunities are limited here. It is not that there is no growth available however it is a small company and not many opportunities are present frequently. If you do work in the Management department, job work/life balance becomes very difficult, it is a very demanding role, you will need to be available 24/7 to your teams and superiors. You must have a very dedicated and hard work ethic in order to handle and enjoy that role. Salary is entry-level, with ability to be higher based on commissions from your role. This again is highly dependant on which clients and programs you are working with. Job security is there if you are dedicated and hard working and produce results, however without clients, there is no job so you need to ensure you are hitting requirements and growing client lists. The job culture and company culture is excellent, very open minded and open culture, lots of events and activities for the staff and a very open door policy with talking and expressing thoughts, opinions, feelings.
Overall, it is a great place to enter the marketing/sales world and get your feet wet, build your skills and have a solid experience under your belt to move forward.

Le travail n’étant pas du tout programmé de façon agréable car le produit est nouveau a Quebec City c.a.d on est en plein démarrage,le produit étant nouveau et les clients n’étant pas attirés par le prix promotionnel,il est donc difficile de faire des pronostiques .L'environnement est désagréable car les clients potentiels n'ont pas accès aux services que nous offrons.C'est pour moi un emploi sans garanti car je suis travailleur autonome et prestataire des services.

Its a good company to work with.All the colleagues are really helpful. The work requires a lot of hardwork, patience and accepting rejections on face.
From this job, I learned to accept rejections and move on with full enthusiasm.

They advertise the role as base salary + commission - a total lie, as this policy was scrapped around April 2016. The job is basically yelling out products to Costco customers like a carnival barker as they approaching the exits. The product itself - home phone and Internet services - is grossly uncompetitive compared to what local and regional companies offer. Expect to have customers approach you not to sign up but to complain about the service. Demoralized, unmotivated sales staff. Indifferent, metrics-driven managers who only care about numbers. Little to no advancement potential, low pay, and you can't even sit during the shift. Avoid at all costs.
