I love being a site Director for Kids & Company.
Not only have I had the chance to form long lasting relationships with families and employees, but I have also had the chance to engage in networking experiences at Director Conferences held annually. As a Director I always feel heard and valued by upper management and Head Office. I would highly recommend employment with Kids & Company and I have even encouraged friends and family to interview with Kids & Company.
sites are beautiful, operation depends on management style of the site, the HR department is terrible, menu of food is great, union sites pay and benefits are good, but survivors are over worked high demands.
Better not think of applying for a job here, you will be saving yourself the worst work experience of all time. All employees are underpaid and over worked. Only company I know that gives level 3 a $15 dollar hourly rate. The company only care about profit. Not as advertised. All the activities they say on the newsletter that children are doing, it's all fake, posing on the camera as if doing anything and saying in the newsletter that children enjoyed it and they learned a lot, duh! BAD MANAGEMENT!!!
