The culture is a culture of sadness, frustration, and desperation. They lack communications, HR department does nothing, payroll consistently makes mistakes and refuses to fix it for months even when confronted with evidence they made a mistake, low pay, lack of trust of teachers, lack of breaks, and often have to work overtime because they have high turnover and sometimes keep centres short staffed on purpose, lack of appreciation, when you ask for help they don't give it. CEO will tour centres to see if they are visibly appealing but doesn't speak to teachers or look them in the eye. They also will do whatever they can to not give back families their deposit even when they are fully in their right to get it back.
