Benefits are moderately ok. Dental is sadly a checkup every 9 months instead of the usual 6 months. Minimal eye care, just exams. Vacation is 2 weeks until you’ve been there 3 years then 3 weeks. They give you half a sick day a month and if you are sick in January you have 0 days until February then you have Half a day so your not allowed to be sick. Even when you are sick they are often short staffed and ask you to come in with a fever.
You earn half a day per month so if your sick in January you will not get paid, they also can ask you to come in when sick or stay when sick and they often do.
There were not many perks. They offer a staff discount on care of 15% unless they need that space for another family and then they will ask you to send your child to another centre. They give you one free uniform that takes months to arrive even though they have a dress code where you have to wear the uniform, a snack once a month, and sadly thats about it.
