They don't follow the breaks especially when short staffed. You work 9 hours and you get a 15 minute break.

High turnover rate
HR don’t care about the staff or the children they got abused and nothing gets done
You wonder why there is a high turnover rate it’s because of management the manager at Niagara queen sucks and treats her staff horribly
I know at least five people quit because of her and how she treats staff

The hours are seven hours
Sometimes we wouldn’t get a lunch or a break because we are shortstaffed the person in the kitchen would have to do lunch and breaks or we would order pizza just so staff can get lunch and breaks

No not really I worked for this company for Eight years and then they offered me a full-time job

No I would not want to work for kids and company they treat their staff horribly and the pay is bad
People are struggling in the room and they don’t even get any help From the director
Children get abused and nothing gets done about it HR doesn’t care the director doesn’t care no one cares about your kids
Hr Don’t care about the staff either if you have a problem they won’t resolve it they’ll just keep on pushing the pencil

Only made 15.60 as an rece
Horrible pay compared to other day cares

You go in for an interview, the site director asks you 20 questions and then you leave. after you are required to do some paperwork and get a health clearance from your doctor.

Usually they’ll give you a time frame of when they will call you back if you got the job, otherwise you never got the job but they do keep you on file in case something shows up. They usually want supply staff first and then you can apply after 6 months internally if any job vacancy become available at a location of your choice
