OverallI still have not started working. I turned in all my paperwork very quickly as requested and completed all the training. I have yet to start working or hear back from anyone. I have to message people at the company. Its been 2 weeks since I turned in all my paperwork. This is ridiculous!

Was a good job, but during busy season it was very overwhelming. Was a chat Representative and would have to take 3 chats consecutively during busy season, which is not bad but my breaks and lunch would be all towards the beginning of my shift and then I would have to work the remaining 5-6 hours straight with no other time to breathe.
I enjoyed my time working for Kelly things were simple cut and dry I did my task to the best of my ability and the environment was great.
OverallMy experience working at Kelly was overall wonderful my reps and I kept the communication line open and they kept me updated on any changes or anything I needed to know about the account I was working.
I enjoyed this job but unfortunately I had to moved out the state because my husband got job relocated. It was a great environment and the team work was very professional and friendly. Schools provide excellent service and the staff was also super helpful.
Good environment and nice management experience
I really liked doing the vehicle inspector, they actually need a supervisor at sight for any reason or questions that someone might have. When I started I didn’t know what I was doing because the one that trained me only had been working for at least 2 weeks prior to my arrival.
Pay is ok, working remotely is a bonus. My main issue was that once you commit to a schedule you're stuck. It was super easy for dayshift to move to night shift but after waiting over a year, there was no opportunity to change my schedule.
I believe if there had been different management there, I would have been succesful. I met quite of few very capable employees who left because of the culture while I was there.

I really enjoyed this job and I was hoping to work there longer, I just felt that it was a little unfair how Everything ended. It is work from home so be careful because they are very strict and you could lose your job very fast. During this pandemic I had a baby and I was only given two weeks off so coming back to work was really hard for me having a newborn and I learned that the hard way. Now I’m never able to work from home with this company because I had too many incidents of my baby being heard. I was a great representative though my stats were really good. So if you have children and they are home don’t take any job with them that is work from home.
Great pay, you move up very fast as long as you do your job, everyone is easy to work with.
Have to wait a year to get benefits
The job is pretty chill, and they really do care about your growth. They will sit and work with you, making sure you hit your metrics but do so in a way that makes you feel like they actually care about YOU and not about just money.

Kelly services is great to me. As long as you work hard they’ll help you out and take care of you very well. Best temp service I’ve been with no doubt about that! Great, caring, helping staff and environment!

I have been working for Kelly for about 2 years. I have had 4 reps none of them have contacted me and when I contacted them they were not helpful. They need to look at their employee base and find qualified people. Most of the time I never got a call back for any questions I needed answered. Their vacation policy is really bad. I got laid off due to Covid 19 for a couple of months and when I went back they made me start my hours over again so I could get paid for holidays, even though I had met my hours prior to getting laid off. Its been 5 months and I have not hear a word from anyone about a new assignment. Very dissapointed with their service.
