Worst place to work

They overwork you so much. Training is okay but as soon as training is completed, you’re just a number to them. They will blame employees not matter what. It’s a wfh position and you encounter all sorts of issue but the time missed is your fault and will be unpaid even if you’re waiting on replacement equipments or it’s their server error. They advertise they provide benefits but it’s none to zero. You can’t directly talk to hr or staffing about your issues and have to go through emails which sometimes they won’t answer for days. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences of my life and if you care about your mental health, avoid working for them.

Do not work here

This company is a complete disaster. Incompetent management that lacks direction and communication skills. Constantly understaffed, leading to excessive workloads and burnout. No opportunities for growth or advancement. Unfair compensation and benefits. Toxic work environment with no support or appreciation for employees. Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst workplace!! DO NOT WORK FOR THEM

They will blame you no matter what. Their expectations are way too high.they don’t train enough for the job and expect you to know everything. Even though it’s a remote position, they’ll micromanage you to a point where you won’t have 5 seconds to yourself in between calls. If you’re looking for a job and don’t mind talking to customers, you can go for it but it’s the management that really sucks. There’s no actual benefits. You’ll get 10-15% discounts on few brands and that is all. Only good thing is 5 weeks paid training. Once you’re in production, you’re just a metric to them. Even if you’re doing good and getting a lot of good reviews (VSATs), one bad review and all your metrics will go down the drain. I do not recommend anyone working for them.

Great place

Fun place to work. Not too stressful. Management is great and supportive. A lot of people are getting laid off and no job security. A lot of changes going on at the moment.

You have to work really hard to secure the job. You have to know English and your target language very well in order to get the job done. Be prepared for that

Productive fun work environment

flexible schedule which allowed me to work along doing my school work. You can pick up your own shifts based on your availbility which I really liked.

The only nice person was the recruiter. My advisor was making my life so hard by complaining about me muting myself when i cough which i am allowed to do so. I worked so many hours so many months and at the end once they had to increase my salary they started to make excuses to complain about my work! It's been so many months since I left this job but i still cannot get over the stress that they left me with!!! Customers are so rude and there is no one to protect your rights! one mistake and bye to you! they don't care about their employees!!!!! :(Sad and hurtful to remember those days....

Working as interpreter with this company was the worst experience I have ever had.

What is the best part of working at the company?There is no best part but generally being hired is much easier than many other ocmpanies.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?This job is whole a big "STRESS". You are on phone whole day for 7.5 hours and all the time either talking or listening carefully. The load of work is terribly high and in compare its payment is incredibly low.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?There is no environment. You are alone with yourself. What is a typical day like for you at the company?You start by entering the application and immediately the first call comes and you do not have any idea what it will be about (either a person who is confessing about killing his family members or a boring discussion between insurance and its customer). and it is same for whole day with back to bac calls. At the end of the day you are a person with a very tired brain and weak mind. You will start to become psycho slowly.

Worst apple customers ever. They forgot their passwords and they have no patience to do any of the steps. There is no gap between the calls. No holidays no paid leaves.

Low salary compare to the work stress.

The type of work we do is probably not the interpretation that many people imagine. You start realize many people are incapable of expressing themselves in their mother tongue. This job will give you stress, a lot of them. You get to work at home though, and that is the only benefit you get. Turnover rate must be high for a reason: stress and undercompensation.

I was working for this research company based on agriculture. It was a very good place to work especially during summer.The supervisors are good. The pay is just normal.

Somthing to start with

I was freshly starting a new life in Canada, I got this job in my 2nd month. It was a good job to start with. I was supposed to have more French calls from Quebec than English cals, but I got 95% of my customers from USA. People there curse almost all the time, you can have 10 calls per day with 4 bad customers as an average.I remember having 3 "Karens" in a row.Working from home and the team leadership were the only things I enjoyed there. Also the team was very friendly.Salary was 16.8/Hour. Which is not really enough to pay the bills.I never regretted working there and also never regretted quitting.

The job is not difficult and management support is there. But I think they need more people to hire as the number of employees are still less than the average work flow

Not sure as not started yet. Read lots of comments good or bad. Confused if need to start this job or not. Good point is that it is a remote job. And bad point must be stressful environment, no time even go to the washroom
