It's super busy back to back calls

Getting calls all day, Work from home Learned nothing new, Back to back calls all day no time to itch your face! Pay sucks, Nothing is enjoyable sadly

It alright

It's an okay job if you don't have any other options for now. You work from home, get paid regularly, you have a guaranteed income as long as you commit to the hours. Volume of calls can be very high, back to back calls, a lot of stress, but it's a good starting point.

No communication between employees and management

Lack of management, Hard to interact with manager and supervisor.The recruiter has no responsibility for handling the hiring process.Not explain when they laid you off.

Not a fun place. Very stressful

Kellys was a very stressful place to work. Caused me to have some health issues. There is no hope in advancement plus not a good place to retire. You can pay up to $50 weekly for health benefits. If you want a comfortable, fun and healthy place to work or advance DO NOT work for kellys. The TA's are very unreliable, don't follow health and safety and I've caught them in a few lies.

Easy to learn , decent pay , decent life balance work

Kelly connect provides decent pay and have good life balanc between work. Fast paced environment but easy to learn .Not typical call center environment.Management are very strict regarding policies.No PTO, receives vacation pay on each paycheque. 8hr shift and 10 hr shift available.

Overload

There is work overload every day and the managers do not care about your mental and physical health. The amoount of work they give you (calls after calls) is huge and the compensation is very low!

Unrealistic expectations

The management had unrealistic expectations and do not want to listen what the employee had to say. Once the busy season was over just fired employees without wanting to know the employees answer.

Great coworkers but the low scale made the job very undesirable particularly when working along side non contractor coworkers in the same job position.

it is good for a starting up career but gets monotonous and frustrating. be prepared to work on holidays. pay is also good for beginners but not so easy to move forward

productive and fun workplace to be and learn and also to grow.Good management and very friendly staff and HR.Staff well being is very important for this company.

Reasonable pay but endless phone calls, customers yelling at us. Stressful days but good thing is get to work from home.Okay for a side job parttime working full time is not for everyone

Worst place to work

They overwork you so much. Training is okay but as soon as training is completed, you’re just a number to them. They will blame employees not matter what. It’s a wfh position and you encounter all sorts of issue but the time missed is your fault and will be unpaid even if you’re waiting on replacement equipments or it’s their server error. They advertise they provide benefits but it’s none to zero. You can’t directly talk to hr or staffing about your issues and have to go through emails which sometimes they won’t answer for days. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences of my life and if you care about your mental health, avoid working for them.

Do not work here

This company is a complete disaster. Incompetent management that lacks direction and communication skills. Constantly understaffed, leading to excessive workloads and burnout. No opportunities for growth or advancement. Unfair compensation and benefits. Toxic work environment with no support or appreciation for employees. Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst workplace!! DO NOT WORK FOR THEM

They will blame you no matter what. Their expectations are way too high.they don’t train enough for the job and expect you to know everything. Even though it’s a remote position, they’ll micromanage you to a point where you won’t have 5 seconds to yourself in between calls. If you’re looking for a job and don’t mind talking to customers, you can go for it but it’s the management that really sucks. There’s no actual benefits. You’ll get 10-15% discounts on few brands and that is all. Only good thing is 5 weeks paid training. Once you’re in production, you’re just a metric to them. Even if you’re doing good and getting a lot of good reviews (VSATs), one bad review and all your metrics will go down the drain. I do not recommend anyone working for them.

Great place

Fun place to work. Not too stressful. Management is great and supportive. A lot of people are getting laid off and no job security. A lot of changes going on at the moment.

You have to work really hard to secure the job. You have to know English and your target language very well in order to get the job done. Be prepared for that
