I was called by the HR department at the Kaycan Head Office where I had a pre screening phone interview, I was asked a series of questions. I was then called by the manager at the office to come in for an in person interview, I was asked again similar questions and went into a bit more detail about myself and my experience. I was advised of what my day to day job would look like and the expectations. They were very upfront with me about everything and all of their processes. I was called back a couple of hours later to fill out my credit/criminal background check forms.
Due to the company being an exterior siding manufacture it can depend on the weather and time of year. Peak season is in the summer, this time of year is a lot more fast paced work as there will be more material going out. In the down season (winter) material is still moving but the work pace is a lot slower.

Does Kaycan Discriminate If Someone Has A Criminal Record, Or Does You Company Allow A Person To Be Hired And Not Base Them On A Bad Decision Years Ago ?

It’s pretty straightforward. Ask in advance to give good notice and they take care of the rest. The longer you work there, the more paid days you get.
