A shop that was at one point a 20+ person shop...and is now at 9....what does that tell you.
Get it all on paper. Record every conversation. Document every conversation. Dates. Times. Etc.
Or....dont work there.
They pretty much give you an orientation of your job details, and what other people do their. Then they stick you on a computer to learn for a entire day, if your a fast learner like I was, then they'll get you to shadow another mechanic their for a couple days, and do small jobs like removing and cleaning rims from a vehicle.
They tend to hire anyone off the street when busy. Giving false career hope to a lot of people
