To be honest I have had a quite short experience of working in this particular restaurant Kadoya, due to the dramatic workload for being a busy art student. However, despite of being early bird to get started work at this place, I did not have lots of difficulties in working and team-working with co-workers since I am experienced. The most enjoyable part of my job is being happy and smiley at all times, because then I get what I give for, meaning, customers smile back to me. This small behaviors make everyday a special day. Regarding them as just customers, I would rather think they are my friends as they come find us more than one time. I learnt it is our goal to be part of what I work for and think again who I am.
