Terrible! The level of management is far below par. The original owner had integrity but the generations that followed got lost somewhere down the road. They are still lost nowhere to be found. You will never receive a good review from your store manager. Even if you have more experience, a great personality, outstanding sales none of these traits are recognized.
The store manager will always find some fault just in case he needs to let you go.
