Very paternalistic culture. Highly risk adverse. Not willing to take chances on new leaders. Very insular and inward looking. Not focused on the customer or consumer - highly focused on the bottom line.
Many corporate functions are being moved to the US or offshored.
CREDO is given a lot of lip service but rarely brought up or used in light of market or product actions. Leaders want cheerleaders. Servant leaders be warned...this style is not a fit for JNJ's culture.
Good place to start your career, but after a few years if you haven't moved internally, move to an external role.
