You can work and please the clients if someone complain then management take client's side so keep your self quite and keep working otherwise get in trouble saying something....

Then leave and make real money somewhere else. They notoriously underpay. They're flexible, generally, which is why most people put up with it. But they're never going to pay you what you are worth.

Working with highly elite professionals has it pros and cons

Out of the big 4 real estate firms, JLL probably has the best culture. From my understanding, JLL is extremely stringent with its hiring process and will only accept the cream of the crop. In addition, they will only hire people who will get along with the team, which is what sets JLL apart from the rest.

I've worked in a few commercial real estate firms and in my experience, most JLL employees are relatively professional and courteous. I enjoyed my time there and rarely saw any conflict between the teams.

On the downside though, there is relatively high turnover due to the high-pressure work environment and long hours. On the upside, once you have "JLL" listed on your LinkedIn, you will be contacted by recruiters on a weekly (sometimes daily) basis.

Due to the turnover and long hiring process, many teams will go for weeks understaffed. This leads to even more turnover, which perpetuates the issue. I recommend JLL to consider hiring extra staff or even "floater" team members who are able to fill in whenever needed.
